INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all payments made to Alishaan Developments LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through payment links, online payment gateways, or any digital payment methods provided by the Company.
By completing a payment, you (“Client”, “Customer”, “Buyer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
PAYMENT PURPOSE
Payments made through this link may relate to, but are not limited to:
- Property booking fees
- Installment payments
- Down payments
- Administrative charges
- Any agreed contractual obligations
All payments must strictly correspond to an issued invoice, payment request, or written confirmation from the Company.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
- Payments are considered complete only once successfully processed and received in our bank account.
- A confirmation receipt will be issued upon successful payment.
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or technical failures.
REFUND POLICY
- All payments are subject to the terms of the signed agreement (if applicable).
- Booking fees and administrative charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Any refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed and processed in accordance with Company policy and UAE law.
TRANSACTION SECURITY
- All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
- The Company does not store credit/debit card details.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring payment details entered are correct.
PRICING & CURRENCY
- All amounts are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
- The Company reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.
PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.
- Failed or declined payments may result in cancellation or delay of services or booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellation of any transaction or agreement is subject to the signed contract terms (if applicable).
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reject any payment in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
